Privacy Policy

Effective date: April 22, 2026

Thrust Aviation Inc. (“Thrust Aviation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, request a quote, or charter a flight, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Introduction

This policy applies to thrustaviation.com and to any related services, forms, or communications that link to it. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated through the site or, where appropriate, by email.

Information we collect

We only collect the information we need to deliver a safe, reliable charter experience and to operate our business.

Information you provide

When you request a quote, book a flight, contact our team, or sign up for empty-leg alerts, you may share details such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, travel dates, departure and arrival airports, passenger count, payment information, and any preferences or special requests you tell us about.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, our servers and analytics tools log standard technical information — including your IP address, device type, browser, referring page, and the pages you view. We use this information to keep the site secure, measure performance, and understand which content is most useful to travelers.

Information from third parties

We may receive information from operators, brokers, payment processors, identity verification providers, and marketing partners — for example, to confirm a booking, complete a transaction, or learn how you first heard about us.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide and improve our services, including to:

  • Respond to quote requests and arrange charter flights on your behalf.
  • Process payments, issue invoices, and prevent fraud.
  • Send booking confirmations, flight updates, and operational communications.
  • Notify you about empty legs, fleet additions, or service updates you have asked to hear about.
  • Maintain safety, security, and the integrity of our website and operations.
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including aviation recordkeeping requirements.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to deliver our services or as required by law.

Service providers

We work with vetted vendors that help us operate the business — such as cloud hosting, customer relationship management, accounting, payment processing, and email delivery. These vendors only receive the information they need and are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.

Operators and partners

To arrange a flight, we may share booking details with the Part 135 operator, flight crew, ground handlers, and catering or transportation providers required to support your trip.

We may disclose information when we reasonably believe it is necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our agreements, or protect the safety of our customers, our team, or the public.

Trust is the foundation of private aviation. We treat your information with the same care, discretion, and professionalism we bring to every flight.

Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, keep the site working correctly, measure traffic, and improve the experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect parts of the site.

We may also use analytics tools (such as privacy-respecting site analytics) and, where you have opted in, marketing tools that help us measure the performance of our campaigns.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal and recordkeeping obligations (including aviation regulations), to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

How we protect your information

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. While no system is perfectly secure, we work to ensure that your data is handled responsibly and only by people who need access to it.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain uses. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any message we send.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Thrust Aviation is based in the United States. If you access the site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States. By using the site, you consent to this transfer.

Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

We have answers.

Everything you need to know about chartering with Thrust Aviation.

Call us

We recommend booking at least 48-72 hours in advance for domestic flights and 5-7 days for international travel. However, we specialize in last-minute arrangements and can often secure aircraft within hours for urgent travel needs.

Our network includes everything from light jets (4-6 passengers) for short regional flights to ultra-long range heavy jets (up to 19 passengers) for transcontinental travel. We also arrange group charters on airliners for 20-400+ passengers.

Charter pricing depends on aircraft type, distance, flight time, and availability. We provide transparent, all-inclusive quotes with no hidden fees.

All operators in our network are ARG/US or Wyvern rated and meet or exceed FAA Part 135 requirements. We conduct independent safety audits before every flight.

Absolutely. One of the greatest advantages of private aviation is that your pets can fly in the cabin with you. There are no size restrictions or carrier requirements.
